Cupcakes & Sprinkles!

I have been wanting to get this set (Hero Arts Cupcakes) since I saw it. Just found it at my LSS along with this adorable sprinkles paperwork. I used Amy Rysavy's Friday Sketch Challenge #24. She is so creative and always comes up with the cutest projects. Can't wait to see what her sketch challenge is tomorrow.

Another set of Christmas Cards!

I made this card for a swap, but love it so much I think I may use it for my Christmas cards. The snowman is from Festive Favorites and the snowflakes and dots are from Punch Pals. The colors, Wild Wasabi, Blue Bayou and Soft Sky are getting ready to retire. I am going to miss them.

Another Cutie!

Another Cutie from Fun & Fast Notes. This little hedgehog with butterfly is so adorable. I love the saying that comes with him too. It is so sweet. I found this Basic Grey Sugared paper and loved the colors together. (Chocolate Chip, So Saffron and Pale Plum.) I added the tags from my Cuttlebug and the gingham ribbon. I will definitely be making more of these in the future.

Garden Whimsy

I found this great paper at my LSS and couldn't wait to use it. It is shiny and has glitter (you can't tell from the picture). I used Old Olive, So Saffron, Rose Red, and Pumpkin Pie paper & ink as accents with the Garden Whimsy set. I love how these turned out. I am definitely going to have to try this again.

A Couple of new Cuties!

This cutie is from Fun & Fast Notes. I used Chocolate Chip, Wild Wasabi and Pumpkin Pie along with this great paper from Bo-Bunny to pull it all together. The orange flower and green brad are from Making Memories.

This cutie is from Pun Fun. I LOVE him. He is colored with Prismacolors and Gamsol. I used Tempting Turquoise and Basic Black. The flower has a rhinestone in the center.

Congratulations!

I found this stamp and ribbon at Michaels and used my Prismas and Gamsol to color the flower. I ran the red panel through my cuttlebug and then used my Signo pen to add accents.

Simply Floral!

I made these trying to play with the same supplies for both. I used the paper as the color inspiration. The stamped image is from the Simply Said set. I used Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Pretty in Pink for both cards. the only difference (besides the layout) is that the rub-ons used for the sentiment and I used pearls on one and rhinestones on the other.

Mousy Birthday

I got this cute image from a Critter Image Swap. I liked it so much I think I may have to get it. The paper is from the Basic Grey Romani line and the ribbon is from the $1 bin at Michaels. I used my Prismas and Gamsol to color the image. The Happy Birthday is also a $1 bin clear stamp set. The turquoise panel was run through by cuttlebug.

Criss Cross Card & Nugget Purse

I love making ensemble gifts. I used two shades of pink and brown to make it . I fell in love with this Paisley paper as soon as I saw it and when I decided I was making this nugget purse, it was perfect. The two nuggets fit perfectly in the purse.

Limited Supply Challenge!

This was for a limited supply challenge. The challenge was to use the same paper and stamps to create 3 different cards.

I didn't use any stamps except the sentiment, but I really like how they came out. I used only scraps for everything plus some cute flowers and brads that I got from Making Memories. I love how these colors work together.

Stars & Stripes!

Well these aren't 4th of July cards, but they do have Stars & Stripes. I am still working on using up all my scraps before buying anymore paper. Or at least before digging into my recent purchases. I tried to make both of these fairly neutral. (I have the hardest time coming up with male cards. ) Both use Diagonal stripe paper from Cosmo Cricket.

The first uses this cute cake from Birthday Whimsy. I added the punched circles with brads and the rub-on Make a Wish.

The 2nd Card uses the two Star punches as well as the Star set from the Spring Catalog. I added dots and glitter pen on the edges to glam things up.

Argyle Birthday!

This is one of my favorite cards. I stamped the argyle 2 step background in Certainly Celery and Chocolate Chip. I love how the colors all work together.

I added dots with my Gelli Roll pen as well as the rhinestone in the middle for a little bling!! The Happy Birthday is a rub-on from American Crafts.

Playing with Pun Fun!

Here are a couple of cards I did a little while back with my new Pun Fun set. I love this "stinker" He is so cute. Both animals are colored with Prismas and Gamsol. I really like how they turn out. I also like the black in white with the subtle blue. The ribbon is American Crafts and the DSP came from a Target pack of paper.

The 2nd card is a "Bird-day" card. I fell in love with this paper that I found out my LSS. It is from DCWV. I found it separately but ended up buying the whole collection. The colors played perfectly with the scraps I happened to have
on my desk.
